PJ Sentral Garden City is poised to be the new green central business district of Selangor, supporting Kuala Lumpur and other business districts around the city and state.

This Development initiative is aimed as an urban regeneration program for Petaling Jaya as envisaged by the State Authority and undertakes the 3R concept:

The GBI rating is created to design and construct sustainable buildings that can provide energy savings, water savings, a healthier indoor and outdoor environment, better connectivity to public transport and the adoption of recycling and greenery for development projects to thereby reduce impact on the environment.
